We are seeking a highly motivated, self-sufficient Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Made For Greatness. As a growing small business, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of our marketing efforts and help us grow our online community of Catholic Moms.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Specific work will include:
- Help to create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company’s mission and goals.
- Assist in the management and growth of our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.)
- Create visually appealing graphics and content for social media and other marketing materials
- Help to grow our podcast audience and develop strategies to increase engagement.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns outside of social media, such as email marketing and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with our team to promote our coaching services, packages, and events.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong skills in graphic design, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
- Knowledge of the Catholic faith and culture
