Grieving with Mary

Healing from Unexpected Loss: A Coaching Intensive Through the Seven Sorrows of Mary

Those who experience unexpected loss know how surreal and isolating each day can feel;

Whether you have been through a miscarriage, suicide loss, or something just as painful...

....you know the world is divided into two kinds of people:
Those who have lived it, and those who haven't.

The holidays can make grief hit harder.
Everyone else is celebrating… and you’re just trying to get through the day.
You want to feel close to Jesus and at peace again,
but your heart still aches and your faith feels heavy.

You’ve tried to pray. You’ve tried to “offer it up.” But most days, you’re just tired.

You don’t need to “get over it.”
You need someone to walk with you — and a way to cope with the pain.

For the Catholic Woman
Carrying Loss Into the Holidays

You’ve lost someone, and everything is different now.
Your world feels upended.

You love God — but right now, you don’t always feel Him near.
And that makes you feel guilty on top of everything else.

If that’s you, you’re not alone.
Mary understands every kind of grief.
And she knows how to lead you through it.

What If

...Your Grief Could Become a Place of Grace?

Most of us were taught to “be strong,” “keep busy,” and “trust God.”
But real healing starts when we bring Him our honest hearts — not our polished ones.

Over 7 weeks, we’ll walk with Mary through her Seven Sorrows:
learning from her courage, her heartbreak,
and her unwavering trust in God’s plan.

You’ll discover that you can hold sadness and peace at the same time.
And you’ll start to see your story through the eyes of love again.

By the end of this journey you'll:

This isn’t about “moving on.”
It’s about moving forward — with faith, with love, and with Mary beside you.

I promise, there is hope.

I know grief — both personally and professionally.
I’ve spent years as a hospice nurse, and I’ve buried both my parents just months apart.

I’ve lived the shock, the guilt, and the long silence that follows.
And I’ve learned that healing doesn’t mean forgetting.
It means walking with Jesus — and letting Mary show you how.

You don’t have to face this season alone.
Come sit with us. Let’s walk this road together.

I promise, there is hope.

I’m a wife and mother of 6. I have battled anxiety off and on throughout my life including adolescents, to being a newly married wife and young mother, anxiety with pregnancy and postpartum depression, as well as residual anxiety from other people’s anxiety.

Most recently both my husband and I have had to support our teenage son as he has traversed some extreme social anxiety and depression issues during high school and college.

I’ve learned so many tools and have a passion to help others in order to overcome anxiety in their own lives or as they are walking with supporting other family or friends in their own journey.

Will you join me in this intensive?

We will journey for 8 weeks to dig into the commands and promises that our Lord gives us regarding anxiety. You will learn tools to deal with, bust through, and overcome anxiety in your life!

Faster and more sustained breakthroughs.

Christina is a great coach. She is an awesome listener but more importantly she gave me concrete steps I can use to help me with my anxiety and depression. As a Catholic mom and wife herself, she also gave me great advice on some behavior issues with my kids (including at Mass!) and some communication issues in my marriage.

I have done years of therapy but feel like I had faster and more sustained breakthroughs with Christina.

I believe the emphasis on our Catholic faith played a major role in the efficacy for me.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have some questions before joining? Get them answered here.

No. Many women who join are years out from their loss but still find that grief sneaks up — especially during the holidays. This space is for anyone who has lost someone (or something) dear and wants to find peace and meaning again.

Not at all. Coaching is different from therapy. We’re not diagnosing or replacing professional help. Coaching builds on your faith and focuses on practical ways to integrate peace into daily life. Many women find this complements their therapy beautifully.

You might — and that’s okay. This is a safe space to cry, share, or simply listen. There’s no pressure to speak until you’re ready. Healing often begins when you stop pretending to be okay.

No problem. We’ll walk through each sorrow together. The workbook includes simple prayers, Scripture, and journaling prompts to help you reflect — even if this devotion is brand new to you.

You can go at your own pace. Listening alone can be deeply healing. You’ll never be pushed to share before you’re ready.

Because grief doesn’t pause for Advent. This season can stir up memories and emotions that catch you off guard. Having guidance, structure, and community through the holidays can make all the difference.

I feel secure.

I lived in such a negative mindset and felt it was almost impossible to not feel anxious all the time. I have learned techniques to help me reframe the lies I would let myself hold onto, in response to outside situations, with truths that align more with what God Himself sees of me.

These tools have allowed me to unlock a self-confidence I never knew existed.

I know there are endless more challenges to come, but I feel secure in knowing I have God and all the lessons and support I have received from Christina’s coaching to help me each step of the way.
