Print off each Trivia Sheet (one for the wife, one for the husband). When ready, each spouse should privately answer both sections of their trivia sheet.
On the top half each spouse is to answer the questions for themselves. On the bottom half, each person answers the questions based on what they think their spouse wrote down.
Once you both have completed each of your Trivia sheets, start discussing the questions. There are 10 questions. Whoever correctly guesses the most of their spouses answers WINS! Enjoy! 
P.S. Don't forget to properly destroy the Trivia Sheets once you've finished the game. There is nothing like your kiddos finding them and learning more about you both than they need to.
