Yes, thank you for being here. First of all, Nicole. You have been one of our master’s members, one of our beloved members. You jump on our coaching calls. Your willingness to be vulnerable to us, you know, to ask to be coached, to share your wisdom and experience with the women in our community has been an incredible blessing. So let’s talk first a little bit about your experience in Masters. How long have you been in Masters?
Oh gosh. I joined April, 2021. So little, I mean, a year and a half about, so, yeah.
Yeah. And how did you, how did you hear about, how did you hear about us?
Well, total God thing, I had followed Sterling for a while on the coffee and pearls and then she just kind of disappeared and one day I was like, Oh, I wonder if there’s new episodes. So I was kinda looking and seeing what happened to her and, and then heard about life coaching and how she’s switched completely different over to that. And, and originally, I mean, I did join Masters originally for The Weight Loss. That’s what kind of drew me in. I’d had my six baby and was like, I’m sick of feeling how I feel in my clothes and wanna change something. So yeah, that’s why I joined. Yep.
Awesome. So you’ve been, you’ve been with us a little over Yeah. About a year and a half. And you’ve joined the program, joined originally for weight loss. How, what’s your experience been?
Yeah, I, so with the weight loss especially, I lost like 40 pounds fairly quickly and then just kind of plateaued. And then lately I’ve just been seeing the scale kind of slowly go up again. Cuz I, I think too, when I did the first round of weight loss with masters, I, I didn’t do a lot of the thought work behind it. I did a lot of the cutting out of food and, and that kind of stuff, but I really didn’t do the groundwork and the thought work behind it.
Yeah, Yeah. And I think that’s so important cuz it’s, it’s both pieces, right? It’s the protocols and the process of eating, eating better, fueling your body. It’s those things and, and you know, what works for you and figuring that out. But the mindset works, all of the thoughts work, why do we eat mindlessly or why do we eat the things we do? And the emotional eating and all of that. So you’re kind of jumping back into it and diving into all of that and in this process. So, can you share with me a little bit about your experience? I mean, just with life coaching and masters, what have you, you know, have, what have you gotten out of it? How has it been helpful for you in your own life? Even beyond Weight Loss?
Mm-Hmm. . Yeah, I mean, it’s changed everything. I mean, really it’s changed everything in my life. I, and of course I still struggle at times, but like, I, even this morning I was like, my relationship with my husband, I mean, my kids are overwhelming. I don’t sit and spin and get overwhelmed nearly as much. Like my husband and I had a little bit of a tiff last night and I apologized right away this morning. Like, in the past it would’ve been a week long thing at least. Like, it’s, it’s just, just bringing the awareness to your thoughts, like helps you step back and just be like, Okay, what’s, is that a thought? What’s the truth? Am I telling myself a story? Am I like, you know, just getting worked up about all these things in my head? So it is, it’s been just life changing. And my husband says it often as well. He’s like, I can see that it’s made a big difference for you. And yeah. And then of course, and then I started, I became a life coach myself, which is like, you know, I would’ve never known about that before.
Yeah. So, I mean, let’s talk about that for a second because here you are, you’ve been following Sterling, you hear about this life coaching thing, you dive in, you know, you know, you’re like, okay, this is, this is crazy. For the first time in my life, I’m learning how to manage my thoughts, and realize that my thoughts are calling, causing my emotions. I love what you just said about, can I just take a step back a little bit? Can I really look at what I’m thinking? Is this thought true? What story am I telling? What I, I mean, so often we can take a little situation like an argument or getting frustrated with the kids and we make it into something that doesn’t have to be, we can just step back, like you said, how that self-awareness and say, Okay, what do I really want to feel in this moment and how do I really wanna approach it?
Okay, maybe I just need to move, apologize and then move forward and not let this sit with me for a week and ruin those days. You know, while I’m sitting and stewing in this story I’m telling myself. And I think right there, there’s so much beauty and freedom to that. And so you’ve been going through this process, learning about life coaching, kind of having your mind blown like a lot of us do, right? It’s like, what is this? How have I not known about this, these tools and these skills? And so that prompted you to be like, okay, how can I help others? And so you’ve been like, your career has been in nursing, is that correct?
Okay. And so you were kind of like, gosh, if I could learn these skills, get certified as a life coach that took you into wanting to help Catholic nurses. Is that correct? That’s kind of your coaching business
Now? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Cause I saw, I mean, I know as a nurse, like there’s just so much overwhelm and unnecessary drama that we do in our own heads. And then I know then too it would also overflow into bringing it home with me. So I just saw a very, a very high need for helping nurses, especially Catholic nurses.
I couldn’t agree more. First of all, thank you Nicole for the work you do in nursing. I think every nurse is a saint, a living saint. And the work is just extraordinary that you guys do in directly helping touch people’s lives at such a vulnerable time in their lives, in such a time of need. Nurses are just there to not only help them physically, but emotionally in a lot of cases, I think spiritually. And I can’t imagine the overwhelm like that probably comes with it cuz there is, there’s a lot to do. So I’m sure that emotion of overwhelm comes in a lot and to be able to help nurses understand that, manage, that they have more peace in their career and their vocation and all of that. So how is that going? How, what’s it been like for you to be able to coach nurses?
Yeah, it’s been amazing. I love it. The technical side of course is challenging and it’s been a learning curve for me. But it’s, it’s also, it, it, you know, it, it leaves you or me feel empowered as well, you know, when I can help somebody else and kinda give back in that way too and show them a different way and how their thoughts are, you know, causing them this additional pain.
Yes. Yeah. All right. Well that’s exciting. So if there’s any nurses out there, any Catholic nurses that are listening to this that maybe thinks that they would love to talk to Nicole, we will link up her information in the show notes. But Nicole would definitely be a great resource and a great person to connect with if you want help and support in this area. So kinda back to Masters, So you’ve been on this journey learning all of these things, becoming a coach yourself, learning these tools and how to help others with them. But then we’ve launched Denise within, within our program, launched the eight week Food Freedom intensive for the first time. And you joined that, you were one of the, one of the people in that first group. And so let’s talk a little bit about that. How has that experience been for you?
That also has been amazing. I , like I said, I’m always surprised at how life coaching, I mean, you go in for one thing, but it just spreads over into all areas of your life. And so I’m always surprised by it. I probably shouldn’t be, but I still am. Yeah, it’s, it’s, it’s been really amazing.
Yeah. So what, I mean, can you share a little bit with us? Like what, what are some of the things about it that have been so helpful?
Yeah, so I joined because I knew coming up both my parents died in 2019 and my siblings and I are working on going through their house and all these items. And then I knew that I was gonna have a lot of things come up that I hadn’t really dealt with or processed and felt and, and I had seen the scale, you know, my weight slowly going back up. And so I was like, I don’t want to eat my way through it this time. I really want to have the feelings and feel ’em. And I was like, I, I’m gonna join this because I want somebody to help me through that. And I mean, with that, I had an aunt that passed away through this time, so that came up and Denise was able to kind of walk me through that and stick to my food plan, which is amazing. I mean, in the past I would’ve just thrown up my hands and been like, Okay, well that was that. And yeah. And just, and having that accountability, I mean, like it really makes a huge difference.
Yeah, I think that’s the thing that I keep hearing from people that have joined and participated in the intensive is that it’s, it’s first of all designed to be a very small, intimate group of women. And the reason for that is so that each person participating feels like they get specialized attention and that they get that accountability that they’re looking for. So you guys have joined your group, you do a weekly call with Denise where I know she teaches you some stuff. And Denise is amazing. I mean, even on a few calls, one on one calls that I’ve had with her, even about my own weight loss struggles, man, she just gets right to the heart of it. She just dies right in nails, kind of what you’re struggling with and then has such a wealth, like a breadth, width of knowledge, expertise and insights, wisdom. And she just brings the Catholic faith into it. So and just kind of is able to provide that. Is that kind of what your experience has been like? What’s it been like working with Denise as a coach?
Yeah, I lo so we have like a Slack channel as well, and you can message her anytime and, you know, court, if she’s busy, she won’t get back right away, but she gets back fairly quickly, I would say. And then my favorite thing is I like to do things like the microphone. So like I’ll just talk right in and then she’ll talk back. I mean it’s, that has been so useful. And I, I even, like, if I was somewhere and I was like, Okay, I had to change my meal plan, I’ll be quick, I just pushed the button and recorded what I was going to eat at the restaurant mm-hmm. . So I had somebody accountable and like, Hey, here’s what I’m going to eat. And, and then, you know, usually she’d check up and be like, Did you follow through? You know, or like, Oh, I was waiting to hear you follow through with your plan and good job.
And even like, if you’re struggling and you just like to drop her a message, she, I, I, I sent one I think yesterday and, and she just really showed me like how much I’ve grown and how much to just even these few weeks. Like she, you know, cuz we like to beat ourselves up mm-hmm. and I, I’m also quick to point out how, oh, I’m failing at this and why I should have done better here. And she just would always show me like, No, like, look at where you’ve come from. This is a huge win for you. Like, do you remember even a few weeks ago where you were like, this is amazing. So it was just so good. I mean, yeah, she just, I don’t know no words , she’s just so helpful, so caring, so giving up her time to message back like that. And I said, you could reach out almost all the time, you know, weekends, everything, nights evening. Like she was, she was really quick to respond and you, she cared. She does care. Like, she wants you to, to succeed as well. So you, you feel that?
Yeah. Yeah. So obviously, I mean, this is a weight loss intensive. The point is to help women reach their weight loss goals. But the ti like we’ve titled this intensive very specifically the food freedom intensive. And that’s because Denise really wants to help our members and to help women experience food freedom. And so that’s like the primary goal of this intensive, the weight loss is kind of secondary because when we can, when we can work through our issues with food and experience, freedom from it, all of the mental freedom that you, you know, you we talked about a little bit a little while ago then the weight loss is secondary. It starts to naturally work itself out. But can you share with me a little bit what has been your experience with the food freedom piece for you?
Mm-Hmm. . Yeah, I can, I mean, a very specific example was a couple weeks into the program. I went to a retreat that was a couple hours away. I went with another gal from our church and, and I didn’t really know what it was about until I got there. Well, when I got there it was about healing. They talked about the Eucharist, but then also a healing and they did a healing service. And going into it, I had planned my food for the day. I was able to put that away. I didn’t mind drama. Like normally when I go somewhere like that, it’s, were they gonna have food? Should I bring a snack? Should I eat this now later? You know, like just constantly thinking about food. But that day, like in the program, I was able to put that aside and really hear God, like I could hear him like that day and during this healing service, like, I passed hurts that I have with my husband, like, were healed that day.
It was because I was able to put food away and I was that that wasn’t my focus. God was my focus for the day. And that, that alone, I mean that, that was amazing. That to me was worth joining over and over again. And I would pay whatever amount that people like that I could give. I mean, that alone was amazing. And yeah, it really is the food freedom part. And then you’re able to focus on other areas in your life. And I can look back and say, when I focus on the food, I float that over into other areas of my life. Like, I get angry, I get upset because I’m not sticking in my plan or I feel, you know, shame and guilt and all that. But when you’re able to put that away and have freedom from that, you can enrich those relationships and, you know, starting with Jesus and then that just flows into other areas of your life. And it’s been, yeah, it’s, it’s amazing.
Yeah, I think that, I mean, just what you’re saying, it kind of gave me chills to think about that because I think so many of us as women really struggle with that. Where food, you know, even in the desire to want to eat healthy and, and you know, move our bodies and, and be the healthy women God is calling us to be there is, you know, for some of us that, that constant noise in the background of when am I going to eat? What am I going to eat? That constant distraction of food, of everywhere we go, what’s gonna be offered and having to almost wrestle with ourselves over it. Mm-Hmm. and, you know, so much time and energy is put into all of that. That I, that I do know that that food freedom just to be able to enjoy your life, to be able to eat the foods that fuel your body, but then to like leave it at that and to be able to be in settings where you’re in social settings or things where there’s maybe foods there that you, you know, that you have the freedom to say no to it.
And it doesn’t have to be all the drama associated with it. That, like you said, it just allows you to focus on the relationships and being present. Not having to think or worry about that so much beauty. But thank you for sharing that about the healing and really being so open to what God wanted to, to give you in that moment on that retreat. How powerful is that? Mm-Hmm. , is there anything else? Are there any other experiences that you’ve had over the last eight weeks that have been meaningful to you?
I think that was like, you know, the big, the big one, but I mean, just along the way there’s just been little things like that all along the way. Like they’re just, how you can look and say, Oh wow, like food didn’t bother me today. Like I didn’t, I didn’t wrestle with that all day. And you know, you still have your moments, but I find that it’s fewer and fewer like far between that you have those days where it’s just constantly on your mind. Cause I know for me, like its food has been constantly on my mind for years now since basically having kids. And you know, it’s just, it, I don’t wanna spend my time on that anymore. I wanna spend my time doing what God is calling me to do and in the relationships and, and it’s just, yeah, I, I know too, like I had a lot of mind drama, you know, about start starting and signing up for another program and I didn’t wanna fail and, and the cost and, but you know, I just would encourage women to choose yourself because if it was your child that needed braces or sports equipment, like we wouldn’t hesitate.
And I think a lot of times, like, especially as moms, we put ourselves on the back burner and I’m, I’m very grateful and thankful that you guys offered this and, and I would encourage other women to join. I mean,
Absolutely. So, I mean, you’re absolutely right. I think that that is like, you nailed it on the head. It’s how we are taking care of ourselves and you know, what are we doing to really put ourselves first, Which is hard. I mean, I even say it because I know a lot of women hear that and they’re like, Oh, I don’t even know how to put myself first. It’s so easy to take care of everyone else, but everybody else’s needs, like you said, I think you just, you nailed it there too. Like it, it would be a no brainer for us if our children needed something. Mm-Hmm. . And yet for us, when it comes to an investment of money and time, we’re just like, Oh man, I can’t give that to myself and I really want women to understand that this isn’t going to take an enormous amount of time. I think sometimes people think, Oh my gosh, I just, I’m already so busy. But can we talk about that for a moment? About your experience, like realistically and even putting yourself first a little bit, but making yourself a priority. But how much time has it taken you to invest in these eight weeks, would you say?
I would say the first couple weeks, it was probably maybe an average like 30 minutes a day. Okay. Because I would do a thought download and do my, and then I did all the worksheets. And then Denise has you check in hourly with yourself just to see where you’re at, you know, what are, what am I, what do I need right now? How do I feel? And so I was doing that, but then as time went on, I found I didn’t need that quite as much. I still would do the thought download, but it was faster. I would check in with myself, but it was just, it was quicker. Everything got a little quicker. So probably, I don’t know, maybe realistic like 10 minutes a day. I mean, it’s not really much time. Like I just jot down my food and then, you know, you set up like your kind of plan A and plan B. And so once you have that, you know, you kind of go off that and you know, you can do you, you know, there’s worksheets you can dive into, but it’s really not that much time, you know, 20 minutes a day probably the most.
Okay. So again, yeah, so there’s a weekly call that you can join that you’re encouraged to join. Obviously that’s your kind of one on one with, or, you know, small group with Denise, she, you know, spends a little bit of time teaching and then does coaching with the women in the intensive. And then just kind of the daily stuff, like you said, you know, you, you figure out your protocol, what your plan is, your eating plan, and then doing the thought downloads, really getting clear with what you’re thinking, what you’re feeling, exploring that, having awareness around that. And then Denise has a beautiful workbook with just such great content in it. And so I’m sure like you said, you can dive into that as much as you need or as much as you want, but that’s just another amazing resource that’s there at your fingertips. Mm-Hmm. , then just the Slack channel reaching out for help or direction or you know, Hey Denise, I’m getting ready to go to this event. I wanna, you know, I wanna set myself up for success. Do you have any, you know, can you help me with this? And like you said, she’s right there to mm-hmm to you know, respond and, and and help you in those moments as well. Has it, have you had a chance to kind of get to know some of the other women in the group? Has that been beneficial?
Yeah, I mean, cause yeah, we’re all in the Slack channel. I mean, we haven’t probably reached out one on one much. I mean maybe some other people have, but, but, you see each other on the calls so you know, you know who each other are and you kind of get to know their backstory. And I mean, there are times too where people will put on the, the Slack channel, like, you know, I mean, and everybody, almost everybody does the, their intentional thought daily, which is very helpful because then you can see what other people are going in for the day and then it kind of gives you something of like, Oh, that’s a really good one. I’m going, I wanna think about that today too. So I really like that. And I mean, we haven’t necessarily messaged, you know, one on one, but it is nice, you feel like you have a community and you know, there were a couple times where I wasn’t gonna do the weekly call. I was like, oh, it was like, it was like an hour. But I did, and then I was always grateful. I was always glad cuz you get to hear the other women’s stories and there wins for the week or where they struggled for the week and yeah, just that community, it makes you feel like, oh yeah, everybody else is going through like, pretty much the exact same things I am with this, so I’m not abnormal
Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Well that’s perfect. So let me, as we kind of just wrap up this segment on, is there any other, anything else you’d wanna say to a woman that maybe is on the fence? You kind of already mentioned, you know, the value that it’s had for you and, you know, you invest in yourself with the time and the money, but is there anything else if somebody’s on the fence and is maybe thinking, gosh, you know, like maybe I should do this. It’s, you know, we’re going into the holidays and I know that some women might be a little bit apprehensive thinking to themselves, you know, it’s the beginning of November, December, holidays, parties, things like that. Should I do it? Should I wait till, you know, next year, the first of the year? What would be some advice you might have for them?
Yeah, I think I would, my biggest suggestion would be to check with your brain on why it’s telling you you shouldn’t. Because I know for me, like it was just a lot of excuses. I, like I said, it’s hard to make yourself the priority and just make yourself the priority and figure out why your brain is trying to tell you, No, this isn’t right for me, or no, this isn’t the right time. And maybe some of those things are legitimate, legitimate and, but that’s good to question and ask. Like why, why shouldn’t I?
Yeah, that’s good advice. I know that there was one time, it was a couple years ago that I, I went on, my husband and I did it together, We decided, okay, it was, it was right about this time of year November, and we were like, let’s try to lose 10 pounds before the year starts. And I remember looking at him going, Are we crazy doing this? You know, going into, going into the holidays and all the stuff that we have going on. But it was very powerful because we did it. We were pretty successful. I don’t think I lost 10 pounds, but I think I lost like eight pounds and I remember feeling really good about myself. I, you know, and, and feeling excited to start the year off that far ahead. And I think that’s what we want. I know that’s what Denise wants.
Even for those that are, you know, gonna be joining the intensive right now, starting in November is an incredible opportunity to gain some freedom around these foods and around the parties and all of that. I mean, I want you to imagine going to a party and not having all the food drama that Nicole just shared, like that experience of being able to go and socialize and have fun and, and focus on the relationships versus constantly thinking about the food that’s over on that table and the temptations of the cookies. Like no, just going and not having any of that drama, being able to eat what you want, but also choosing to not eat things and to not feel like it’s pulling you or distracting you from the things that you really want. Mm-Hmm. . And so I wanna encourage women to think about, gosh, you know, because one of the things that Denise is really big on, and I think you can speak to this, Nicole, is that she doesn’t want us to be miserable when it comes to food. She doesn’t want us just eating things that we don’t like. Like she wants us to be eating things that are, that we enjoy eating and that we, you know, things that are good for us and healthy for us, but also she doesn’t want us to be miserable in this process. So you wanna speak to that a little bit?
Yeah, cuz I went into it, you know, when I first joined Masters and I did it for weight loss, I did it where I really, you know, kind of a lot of things and was making separate meals for myself versus my family. And then once I couldn’t keep sustaining that and then the scale started going up and then, you know, that’s when I joined this intensive and it’s like Denise always says like, plans the food that you love and that you enjoy, but that you feel comfortable eating, You know, so if you love chips, have chips, but just plan 12 chips, not a whole bag of chips . So it real, I mean, and now part two has been very, very good for me and very revealing of like, what are the things that start to steal my peace then when I do have even a little bit of it? Or what are things that I can have as long as I have in moderation and I just don’t have the mind drama around it. Like it’s not stealing my piece. So yeah, I mean, she doesn’t tell you, oh, only eat salads and chicken and I mean, you can eat whatever you want, you know, you can eat Oreo cookies. It’s, you know, Halloween season you can eat whatever you want. I mean, as long as you plan for it and feel good eating what you’re eating.
Yeah. So we wanna let women know, like, don’t think that if you join us intensively, you won’t be able to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner or Christmas dinner or, you know, some of those special meals or special things that you really look forward to. You totally can. But again, Denise helps you figure out your plan, you plan ahead, you eat it with intention. And when you do that, you actually really get to enjoy it. You eat to enjoy the food, not to the point where you’re eating so that you’re stuffed and you know, and just, and just eating for the sake of eating it because it’s there. And so again, it’s getting all, getting the mind, the mindset and the thought work and doing all of that so that you can be successful and be the one really living this amazing life that God has planned for you.
Where you’re not a slave to food, but you’re really in control. And when you’re in that place, there is total freedom. And that’s what God wants for us. And that’s why, you know, we’re, you know, making this available to women. So I just wanna let you know, if you’re listening to this and you’re interested, please go to our website made for greatness.co and you can see all the information. If you are in Masters, the program is $700 for eight weeks. If you’re not in Masters, the program is $800, but that includes two months of masters. So it’s ultimately the same price. But we just wanna make sure everybody that’s in the intensive also has full access to masters and to all of the resources and masters. Because if you are doing the intensive, Denise is going to at times be talking and she might direct, she might direct you to, Hey, go check out this resource that’s in masters.
This will really help you right now. Whether it’s processing pain or you know, other, other videos or other weight loss stuff that we have currently in Masters as well. So there’s so many incredible resources that we have that we just want all of our members, we want all of the women that we are serving to be set up for success, mind, body, and soul. And again, everything that we do, everything that Denise does comes from a deep place of, of love for God and love for his church. I think that’s another thing that really sets Masters apart, sets Denise apart, is that she is a Catholic coach for women, a Catholic health and weight loss coach. And so everything she does comes from this place of knowing God and wanting to lead others to him through that process. So it’s so beautiful. Her faith is so beautiful. Her personality Isn’t Denise just super fun? ?
So fun. She totally cracks me up every time I’m like, you know, on a call with her or something. I just find my heart is wanting to just explode with joy because she just brings this joy and she’s just, she has this fun quirkiness, but yet she has this deep love for God and she wants every woman that she helps to be successful in this area. And I think that’s what is so cool. She just has this deep love for women and wants to serve them. So come and check it out. We would love to invite you to be a part of this next intensive that starts up on November 7th. So coming up next week she will be kicking off another one and it will run through the end of December. And I wanted to share this, you can go to the website and read some of these testimonials, but there is a woman named Sharon that also went through this first intensive and this is what she has to say.
Hi, my name is Sharon and I’ve been participating in the food Freedom intensive with Denise for the past seven weeks. This has been a life all trained experience for me. I have through Denise, through Denise’s example, come to rely more on God and less on food. I have begun to feel that I am important enough to eat well. I have learned to be more calm in the face of difficulties in life. These changes have trickled down to my family who are all proud of me for looking after myself. And they are benefiting from the wisdom of Denise and the program too. So powerful. So again, like she’s kind of just reiterated what you have talked about, how she has learned how to put herself first mm-hmm. , how she has experienced freedom from food and how to face difficulties in life with more calm.
I think you kind of alluded to that too, even with the loss of your aunt and going through loss and grief that you’ve had to experience over the last few years. Nicole, such, such large amounts. And yet learning how to do this, with more calm and being able to not let food be what you, what you lean upon. Mm-Hmm. . Right. And also she just, you know, in this testimonial talk talks about how it’s not only benefited her but her family, and isn’t that what we hope for, Right? As we’re trying to do this work on ourselves, get freedom from food for ourselves, of course it’s gonna affect our family. They’re gonna pick up on it. Have you experienced that in your own family?
Yeah, I, I recognize for sure like when I had when I started getting that freedom around food, like I lash out at my kids less and I’m able to recognize sooner when I do and apologize and yeah. Just manage my day better even.
Yeah. So, so good. All right. I have a couple more quick testimonials because these are from women that have been either in the intensive or just in Masters because in masters Denise also coaches every week she has a weight loss call every week. And so another member said, I had been on vacation, I had been on a four week vacation in the last eight weeks and still lost nine pounds. . That’s amazing. And another person mentioned, Yes, I’ve lost 10 pounds in eight weeks. I was, I’ve been super excited. I have not seen this weight since the 1990s that she’s in now. And then another member said, I went on vacation, had a lot of fun without denying or restricting, and I still lost a pound. So these are kind of the testimonials that we are hearing from people that have worked with Denise or who are currently working with her, that they’re enjoying their lives or doing fun things, going on vacations, and they’re still seeing success in their own lives and on the scale and just in the mind management. So if you are interested in doing this, want to invite you to come take a look at it, check it out. Again, it’s made for Greatness, dot CEO and Nicole, thank you so much for your time. Let’s talk a little bit about if a woman was to find you about coaching, if they’re a Catholic nurse, how do they find you?
Yeah, they can go to Catholic nurse coach.com. That’s my website. That’s the best place to start,
So. Okay. And then is it, do you do one-on-one coaching? What does your program look like?
Yep. All right. So if they wanna talk to you, they can maybe book a book, a discovery call, get to know you a little bit. Yep. And what’s your Instagram handle?
Okay. So we will post those in the show notes and follow Nicole. And thank you again, Nicole, for coming on and sharing your experience with the intensive in Masters. And may God continue to bless you and your work that you’re doing on yourself and on the work that you’re doing to help others, other Catholic women what a gift you are to our master’s community and to so many other women as well. So thank you. Have a great day and we hope all of you that are listening will come and check this out. Remember, Mamas, you are made for greatness.
